Such an important message! My downshift involves not getting sucked into the vortex of frenetic.paced parenting that centers all its focus on children’s “success” as defined by obsessively grooming them for competition. I am in a minority in my area..one of the latest I have become aware of is football for 5year olds. I won’t soapbox here, but WE are not going there. By the way I saw you had followed my blog; I’m so sorry I never responded. I have had all sorts of technical issues and well, life.. ANYway it is wonderful to find you; I love what you are doing here; and I was just curious if perhaps you found me through the incredibly fun and creative Pamela Hodges?
